SELECTION OF THE PEAT BOG
The quality of substrates begins at the level of raw material.
PEAT EXTRACTION
The method of peat extraction is selected based on the classification of the deposit and its properties.There are two different methods of peat field harvesting block cutting and vacuum harvesting.
RAW MATERIAL CONTROL
Material is inspected during harvesting and storage.
FRACTIONATION
Controlled fractionation allows for optimal substrate structure (screening grades are: 0-5, 5-10, 10-25, 25-45, 0-25mm).
CERTIFIED RAW MATERIALS
Only high-quality raw materials and components are used in production. High quality is confirmed by appropriate certificates.
CONTROLLED PRODUCTION PROCESS
The entire production process is controlled using modern computer technology.
LAB TESTS
The finished products undergo laboratory testing. Samples are stored for up to 6 months.
QUALITY CONTROL
Product control at manufacturers allows for optimal modification of recipes and adapting them to individual customer needs.
